Bill has extensive experience in all facets of executive search and career consulting. He has deep expertise in life sciences and healthcare, where he specializes in medical devices, diagnostics, and equipment for both industrial and consumer products industries. Bill’s substantial experience includes placement of executives and managers in a wide range of functions and leadership roles for companies that range from VC-backed start-ups to the Fortune 100.

Prior to joining Carlyle Group, Bill worked for a major executive search firm in their Life Sciences and Healthcare practice.  During his substantial career in executive search, he opened new offices in major cities (Boston and Atlanta) and has been responsible for improved client retention as well as refining the executive search process. Early in his career, Bill was with the largest retail career consulting firm in the world where he was recognized for exceptional performance and leadership.

Bill holds a BA in economics from Rutgers University and completed graduate level business courses at the University of Delaware. He enjoys speaking with college students about the job market and what they can expect as they begin their careers.
